Xander S Kliszynski has a lifelong background in photography and the creative arts. Whilst completing a bachelor's degree at The Cambridge School of Art, he undertook many assignments assisting high-end commercial photographers in London. Following a period of freelance photographic work and part-time photography and Photoshop teaching/lecturing, he went on to complete an MA in Photography at the Cass School of Art in London. Artwork from the BA and MA projects received a degree of notoriety and has been featured in print media, exhibitions, advertising campaigns and on television internationally. Now with several years experience as a practicing artist and professional photographer, Xander is embarking on an exciting body of work and PhD research to continue exploring the themes of gender and identity that have remained at the core of his personal work.
